Terms & Conditions of Web Purchase
Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a mandatory requirement prior to ordering from this site. 
 
Postage & Packaging
Our standard rate postage for the UK is £6.50 per order unless otherwise stated.  Orders for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of White, Europe and beyond are subject to quotation.  Please contact us on +44 (0) 1332 242242 for a quotation prior to placing your order.
Ordering
We will make every effort to ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, normally within 48 hours of order acknowledgement, which will be made by email.  If you decide to cancel your order, you must contact us by email within 24 hours of order acknowledgement.  Failure to do so will result in your order being dispatched and the return of which will be at your own expense.
Delivery
Dispatch of your order will be confirmed by email and you should allow up to 5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) for the goods to be delivered from the date of Order Dispatch Notification.  The goods will require a signature at the time of delivery, so please ensure somebody is available to check and sign for the goods upon receipt.
Availability
Goods ordered through our Website are subject to availability.  Should an unfortunate situation occur where we are unable to supply, we will contact you immediately by telephone or email and offer the following:
  • The option of accepting a later delivery.
  • The option of an alternative product.
Prices
All prices quoted on our Website are correct from the date of publication and are inclusive, where applicable, of V.A.T (Value Added Tax, currently @20%).  Prices are sometimes subject to change and this is unfortunately out of our control.  Whilst we will make every effort to ensure prices quoted are accurate and up-to-date, we do reserve the right to discontinue any product displayed and amend prices where necessary.
You will find that the prices quoted on our Website are of a competitive nature and do differ to those quoted in our store.  Unfortunately we are unable to offer our Web prices on goods supplied in our Store.
 
Product Description & Images 
Whilst we make very effort to ensure that descriptions and images of products displayed on our Website are accurate, please be aware that there may be occasions where the products you receive may differ slightly to those shown and these differences could take the form of colour tone, shape or fitment.  These differentials are unfortunately out of our control. 
Accepting a Delivery
When your goods are delivered you must ensure you check the delivery to:
  • Ensure the quantity of items received matches the Delivery Agents Shipping Note.
  • Check there are no visible external damages to the packaging. 
If any of the above are present, you must ensure this is written clearly on the Delivery Agents Shipping Note before they leave.  You must then contact our office on Tel: + 44 (0) 1332 242242 or in writing by email within 1 day of receipt of your delivery to advise the delivery damages/shortages.  Unfortunately, failure to perform this action as detailed will result in any claims made being rejected.
*Returning rejected orders 
If, when you have received your goods, you decide that you have changed your mind and wish to reject you order, you must contact us by phone or in writing to obtain a Returns Reference and then, once a Returns Reference has been obtained, arrange for the goods to be returned to us.  This must happen within 7 working days (Monday-Friday) of you receiving your order.  The goods must be returned unused, unsoiled, unaltered, with original packaging, instructions, Manufacturers Warranties and with all relative working components together with any free or promotional items sent to you relating to the order.   Rejected goods are returned at your own expense and it is your responsibility to ensure that they are packaged correctly and adequately insured for loss and damage.  The returned goods remain your responsibility until such time as they reach our warehouse.  Any security sealed items such as sprays, creams, medical equipment, Feedstuffs and sealed items, such as books, DVD's, Computer Games etc. will not be accepted as a valid return if the seals have been broken and have been opened.
Refunds - Rejected Orders 
Refunds will be offered on monies you have paid for the goods you have ordered if you decide you no longer require them when they are delivered and provided you have adhered to the conditions stated above.  Refunds exclude any costs incurred by you in respect of returns made for rejected orders.
Exchange
The returns procedure applies as detailed in 'Returning rejected orders' above, however, please advise our office that you wish to exhange for a different size or colour when calling or writing for a Returns Reference and also indicate this clearly on your Returns Form.  Your exchange will be posted to you once your original order has been received back with us and provided we have the goods in stock in order to exchange.  Please note that an additional charge for postage of an exchange is required and will be applied to your account prior to dispatch.  Please also note that exchanges are only offered for different size or colour variations of your original Web purchase.
*Returning Faulty Goods 
If your goods are found to be faulty, or any parts or components fail due to Manufacturer error and not due to fair wear or tare or misuse, you must discontinue use immediately and contact us straight away in writing to obtain a Returns Reference.  You must ensure that the goods are returned to us within 7 working days from the date you obtain your Returns Reference.  You must ensure that the goods are reasonably clean, dry and free from mud and dirt as we cannot accept any faulty goods in a dirty condition, due to health and safety regulations.  You must ensure any Warranties offered by the Manufacturer are also sent with your return and include all faulty components.  Please ensure you retain a copy of your receipt as proof of the postage you have paid, as you will be required to present this for refund purposes.
Please note that any items returned under complaint will be subject to an inspection upon receipt at our warehouse.  If it is felt necessary to do so and the fault is beyond our technical knowledge, we may return the product to the Manufacturer for further inspection and clarification, before processing a claim for a refund 
 
Refunds - Faulty Goods 
Refunds will be offered for all monies you have paid for the faulty item, including postage (proof of incurred postage charges are required) and after the goods have been inspected upon receipt at our warehouse and provided you have adhered to the conditions stated above.
 
*If you shop at our store and have purchased something from our Web Site and wish to return it in the shop, please be aware that we will not accept the return.  The reason for this is simply that our Web is operated separately to our shop under separate Terms of Purchase, Pricing Structure and Operative Procedures.
