Try or Buy Bit Hire Service
This service is fantastic because it allows
you the opportunity of trying a bit without paying £'s trying to find the
right one for your horse and being left with a box full of unwanted metal.
Here's how it works:
- Select the bit you want to
try,
- Pay for the bit in full,
- Complete the simple Hire
Terms,
- Hire the bit for 1 week (7
days) or as agreed,
- Return the bit if it's no
good, we'll deduct a small hire charge and then refund the balance.
- Simply keep the bit if its
the right fit and your horse is comfortable with it.
Please Note: Terms and
Conditions Apply. All hired bits are cleaned and sterilised thoroughly
with Savalon Disinfectant. All bits which have been out on hire are marked
to show this. The hire applies to stock lines only and not on special
orders.
Help & Advice
Virtually all our staff own, ride or have owned
horses and so each have their own experiences of saddlery and tack, however,
they are all instructed on the different actions and levels of severity of the
bits carried in stock, so customers can receive consistent advice, should they
need it.
When asking for advice you can be
sure of the following:
- The health, well-being and
comfort of your horse is of paramount importance.
- The variety of bits carried in
stock are kept as simple as possible.
- If we don't know the answer,
we'll always say so.
- We wont push you to
buy.
Please note: Always ensure
you are changing your horses bit for the right reasons. Always have back,
teeth and tack checked before changing your horses bit, particularly if your
horses behavior suddenly changes.
