Protective Equipment Fitting Services.....

The correct fitting of safety equipment such as hats & body protectors is so important and we want to make sure you are properly fitted and protected.  

Our staff are fully trained in the fitting of hats and body protectors and are certified by the manufacturers to prove competence in this.

Not every make of hat or body protector is the same and the sizing and method of fitment varies from make to make.  It is sometimes regrettable that we may not be able to get the right fit and you will be made fully aware of this.

We know how important it is to have the right products, if they are not, the safety to the wearer may be compromised and this is why we only carry Kite Mark and Industry Approved safety garments.

We know how you feel!

Most of our staff own one of our body protectors or riding hats and have also had fittings of these items, so they know just how it should feel, from your perspective, when having a fitting and when wearing the protective garment.

Simply pop into our store and ask for assistance, we'll sort you out there and then.  There are no charges for this service, however, we would advise that you allow sufficient time for the fittings, as it can take some time before we've found the right size for you.

We would also advise that you should only come in for a fitting if you are absolutely sure that you want to purchase on that day.  If not, we'll have to do the whole thing all over again, due to the adjustments etc we have to perform on certain garments.

If you require a body protector, you will need to wear a thin short or long sleeved top so that we can get the fitting as close to your body as possible.  We cannot fit over jumpers, fleeces or jackets.

If you require a hat fitting we would suggest that you remove any hair clips or braids as these can cause discomfort and also hinder the fitting.
