This vest assists in preventing rug rubbing on the shoulders by providing a barrier between the rug and the horse. It is also useful for providing a bit of extra warmth. The vest fits over the head and is held in place by an adjustable surcingle which is stitched into the product. Acrylic fleece padding at the withers and satin lining at the breast provide additional comfort.
