The Full Cheek Snaffle applies pressure to the sides of the face thus guiding the horse and is also useful for preventing the bit being pulled through the mouth. The peanut copper link in this bit eliminates the 'nutcracker' action of a normal single jointed bit making it more comfortable in the mouth. With the link being made from copper this mouthpiece offers a warmer feel therefore encouraging bit acceptance and salivation. This particular bit is ideal for training young horses and schooling.
